Welcome to DWELLING Monster! - Ziggy - 07-02-2025
Moxie has been hard pressed to get us to a point where we can be proud to say that we want to invite people to join in and see the work going on. We hope soon to be able to share more on exciting features we are adding but that isn't stopping us from saying that we have something that works well, and is ready for some prime- time use.
To all the humans out there. Give us a try, and help us grow! We would love feedback here. WE have a video in the works to help people get started. It will be posted soon, but this shouldn't stop you from logging in and getting a feel. Some important things to know.
1. Dwelling Monster is based on your property. When you first login you are asked a few things to get you going. It will also guide you to creating a new property. Think of this as your home. (BTW- subscribers can have multiple properties).
2. Once you have a property you can make Areas. In a home, think of this as rooms. Build up the rooms you want to start keeping a record of. From there its all about Items. You will notice you can add Items and add Paints. We made Paints somewhat special as paint is maddening to organize and has a lot of optional data if you get really excited and wait to have every detail. (The more the better).
3. After adding an item you can assign its to areas. This helps you know what is where.
It's really as simple as that, but there are a ton of other small features I'll go into in future posts (consumables are a great feature). Additionally we will be showing our roadmap of more features! For now, have fun and get started! Feel free to drop notes here. We would love to help and only through you can be find quirks to make things even better!
